Refund and Returns Policy

You are welcome to return non-custom products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase as indicated on the original receipt, if purchased from www.combataquticsusa.com or an authorized retailer. Returned products must be in the original condition in which they were received. Clothing that has been worn, washed; or smells of cigarette smoke, perfume/cologne, or pets cannot be returned and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We do not cover shipping costs.  If the return is due to a manufacturing issue, we are happy to discuss it with you.  Please contact us at support@combataquaticsusa.com.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

  1. Submit a return through our contact form. You must input your order number.
  2. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for shipping your return order to us, as well as links to additional information on our website.
  3. We will process the warranty claim or return in accordance with this Return Policy. A return may take up to 30 business days to process to your account.

NOTE: There are no returns from custom designed products.
